Currency Accepted: We accept payments in US Dollars (USD). All transactions will be processed and completed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees may apply if paying in a different currency.

Hourly Rates: Our parking rates are charged on an hourly basis and are clearly displayed on our website. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The total amount payable will be calculated based on the duration of your parking stay.

Payment: Payment for parking reservations must be made in advance through our secure online payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your parking reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Parking Duration: Your parking reservation is valid only for the duration specified during the booking process. If you exceed the reserved time, additional charges may apply. Moreover, please note that vehicles exceeding the reserved time may be subject to vehicle immobilization or towing at the owner’s expense.

Parking Space Usage: The parking space provided is for the sole purpose of parking a vehicle. You must park your vehicle only in the designated space assigned to you.

Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for the condition of your vehicle while parked in our facility. Parking on Truman is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss that may occur to your vehicle or its contents.

Prohibited Activities: Engaging in illegal or prohibited activities while parked on our premises is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to loitering, littering, vandalism, and drug-related activities.

Liability Waiver: By using our parking facility, you acknowledge and agree that Parking on Truman shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Parking on Truman harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or your use of our parking facility.

Modification of Terms: Parking on Truman reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Parking on Truman is compliant with all credit card rules and regulations, including the Visa Rules and Regulations, the Mastercard Rules, the American Express Merchant Operating Guide, and the Discover Network Rules (please contact Discover for a copy).

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Monroe County, Florida.
